Most companies are formed on dreams and principles. Sound Heavy Machinery, Inc. was founded in 2010 as a used equipment sales and brokerage organization, working with customers all over the world. Due to customer needs, issues and requests, the company formed dedicated parts and service departments in 2013 and began to build a foundation based on product support.
Today, SHM is an authorized dealer for ASV Compact Track Loaders, KOBELCO Excavators, AUSA dumpers, telehandlers and forklifts, ANACONDA crushers, screeners and conveyors, Terex Rough Terrain cranes, XL SPECIALIZED TRAILERS, SENNEBOGEN and several US-Based attachment manufacturers.
2010 — Founded

Formed dedicated parts and service departments and began building a foundation based on product support.
2020 — New Facility
Moved into a newly renovated 16,000+ square-foot facility housing administrative, parts, and service teams.

Preparing For The Next Chapter
Owner, Mark Bobo, attributes SHM’s success to having a team-oriented culture and a dedicated staff that believes in customer service and product support. Today, Sound Heavy Machinery is heavily involved in the communities we serve. Activities range from sponsoring a little league baseball team to contributing to families affected by serious illness or ill fortune.
