Anaconda's Scalping Screen Models
- Built for heavy and bulky material, the DF518 is the largest and most powerful in the Anaconda line and is economical to run. It can screen/stockpile 3 products at up to 375TPH. It comes complete with an 18 x 5 (2 deck) screen box, hydraulic folding hopper, main conveyor, and 2 hydraulically folding stockpiling side conveyors.
- The DF514 is the mid-sized scalping screen available and processes tonnages up to 375TPH depending on the application and feeding method. Fitted with either a belt feeder or a steel apron feeder, the DF514 is user-friendly and easy to transport on and off-site.
- For over a decade, the Anaconda DF410 scalping screener suits applications that require optimum screening within a confined site. The compact footprint and noise level make the DF410 an excellent addition to any contract hire business that may do work in tight yards and urban built-up areas.
- The FSL100 scalping screen (not shown) is one of the most robust and reliable scalping screens on the market. Complete with a heavy-duty 12-ft double deck vibrating grid and can be fed directly with an articulated truck, shovel, excavator, or work in conjunction with a crusher. Built to handle the toughest of applications, the FSL100 can deal with up to 375 TPH depending on how it is fed.
