Sound Heavy has been a great company to deal with over the last 2 years of me and my company doing business with them. I own an ASV and have rented every type of equipment they have to offer. Service has always been done in a timely manner. Mark Bobo and his team at Sound have always been a pleasure to deal with in every aspect. These folks are great to work with! Scott Harkness has been my main contact and I have been wearing him out with questions and he has been super helpful. I ordered a piece of equipment and they loaned me a similar machine until mine could be delivered. They could have said sorry, it will be here when it gets here, but they really took care of us. Thanks to Scott, Randy and the mechanic that took care of an issue with the loaner.
